About The Position

We are hiring a part-time Brewery Ambassador at the Samuel Adams Brewery in Boston, MA. The Brewery Ambassador provides the ultimate Samuel Adams experience for all guests visiting our Boston Brewery. This position leads engaging tours and serves sample pours of Samuel Adams products while ensuring a safe and memorable experience for all guests.

Requirements

21+ years of age required
High school diploma/GED required
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner
Friday and Saturday work availability

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of craft beer
Prior experience in public speaking or a related field (teaching, training, facilitating, etc.)

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging, passionate, and factually accurate brewery tours.
Understand and accurately deliver the Boston Beer story (past, present, and future), brewing process, ingredients, brands, locations, etc.
Assist with all tours (pour beer, maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting areas, answer guest questions)
Welcome Brewery Tour Center guests, answer customer questions, book tour groups.
Drive sales for specialty programs and events
Maintain organization in the Brewery Tour Center (rooms, retail shop, storage area, etc)
Assist in the updating and creation of brewery history displays
Assist with Brewery Tour Center and Retail Shop daily upkeep: shipping, receiving, inventory processing, and related organizational tasks.
