Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, driving high standards of record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of teams through teamwork and collaboration, raising near misses on time with a 100% closure rate.
  • Follow strict hygiene standards and report any out-of-specification processes.
  • Conduct basic lab operations, including yeast counts and diacetyl testing.
  • Meet plan attainment on time in full and report any deviations.
  • Perform all necessary brewery operations, including brewhouse, cellar management, and bright beer filtration.
  • Conduct problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage inventory of all raw materials, chemicals, and goods receipting upon delivery.
  • Manage waste streams created by brewing processes.
  • Load and unload materials and finished goods safely using a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT).
  • Complete all physical and digital paper trails and movements OTIF, maintaining high traceability standards.
  • Keep all brewing areas clean and tidy in line with hygiene routines.
  • Participate in all VPO routines, including 5S, creating and updating SOPs and OPLs, pillar meetings, and PDCA cycles.
  • Follow SKAP.
  • Assist the engineering team in fault finding and diagnosis on brewing plant.
