About The Position

The position involves ensuring that all food on the food line is restocked, maintained at required temperatures, and distributed according to set portion controls at all times. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of the food line and ensuring that all areas are kept up to corporate standards for public space viewing. Additionally, the individual is responsible for preparing plates before sending them out to tables, which includes ensuring sides and sauces are added, wiping down plates, and ensuring they reach the proper location. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
