Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual for a Customer Service Supervisor, for our Brevant brand. The Customer Service Supervisor requires strong process analysis skills, organizational and communication skills, business acumen and ability to lead a diverse team. The Customer Service Supervisor will coordinate order management accountability within their team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related customer service and/or agricultural experience that includes supervisory leadership experience.
  • PC experience with basic to advanced skills in different software applications (e.g., MS Office products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote plus Workday and Power BI, Internal SeedWare system).
  • Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information in a remote environment.
  • Ability to meet in person monthly in Olivia, MN.
  • Travel to sales meetings on occasion.
  • Must be results oriented with the ability to gather and interpret information from a variety of sources to provide effective leadership to the team in addition to effectively reporting on an ongoing basis, key indicators to assist senior managers with program decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide direction to Customer Service Team including performance management.
  • Accountable for the daily execution and employee performance for all assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Leaders to balance workload, manage workflow and staffing to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead, manage and implement change.
  • Serve as systems expert and contact for system needs specific to process area, proactively resolving issues and identifying enhancements needed.
  • Ensure the development, implementation, and execution for the processes including monitoring of key performance metrics.
  • Accountable for in-depth knowledge and execution of sales programs to ensure compliance.
