About The Position

HCA Florida Palm Beach Breast Surgery is seeking a dedicated Breast Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) to join their dynamic practice in Palm Beach, FL. Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible from an accredited PA or APRN program.
• Current state licensure and certification as a PA or APRN.
• Surgical experience/first assist preferred.
• Previous experience in breast surgery, surgery, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience in vascular surgery or related specialties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team of physicians to deliver exceptional care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing management for Breast Surgery patients.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative preparation, intra-operative support, and post-operative care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, procedures, and preventive measures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
