About The Position

Position Summary RP Florida is currently seeking a Breast Radiologist to join our well-established group of radiologists in the Tampa Bay area. This M-F position is onsite with hybrid scheduling options. No weekends are required! No call required This position offers 100 % breast reads and breast procedures. Candidates who are interested in maintaining proficiency with their non-subspecialty general diagnostic skills will have the option to partake in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call if they would like. LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida’s Gulf Coast. We provide expertise across all major radiology subspecialties, offering both on-site and remote reading services, along with a variety of procedural cases. Our team-based model fosters exceptional patient care through the strategic use of shared resources, state-of-the-art technology, and comprehensive support at both the national and local levels. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging, preferred. MQSA required. Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $700,000 for total compensation package. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
  • Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • MQSA required
  • Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL
