Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with OB-GYNs, midwives, hospital staff, and lactation consultants throughout the DFW metroplex Educate providers and their staff on the benefits of our insurance-covered breast pumps and the referral process Build and execute a targeted weekly outreach plan to onboard new referral sources and support existing ones Leverage company marketing tools (flyers, demo kits, QR codes, etc.) to increase visibility and provider engagement Partner with intake and customer care teams to ensure seamless fulfillment for referred patients Maintain detailed activity logs and referral metrics in CRM software Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to supporting new mothers
