Breast Imaging Radiologist, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
About The Position
Join the expanding University of Utah Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences Breast Imaging section . We are seeking a full-time specialized Breast Imaging Radiologist to make a significant impact in the field of Breast Imaging and contribute to a collegial environment that promotes academic and clinical growth. As a faculty member, you will provide clinical services and innovate care delivery, engage in teaching for residents and fellows, expand research programs, and advance quality improvement programs and value initiatives.
Requirements
- American Board of Radiology (or equivalent) certified or eligible
- Breast Imaging fellowship (or equivalent)-trained in all aspects of clinical breast imaging
- Possess outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret digital breast tomosynthesis ( DBT ) screening and diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI examinations
- Ability to perform core biopsies and preoperative needle localizations using X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI guidance
- Strong academic interest and prior evidence of excellence in education and/or research productivity
