We can’t wait to meet you! As a Breast Imaging Coordinator , you will be under the direct supervision of the Regional/Site Manager. Essential Functions Responsible for scheduling, coordination and following up with the care of the Mammography patients. Must proficiently and effectively multitask and communicate with others. Must provide exceptional customer service. Responsible for logging in daily to the phone system and taking all incoming calls on the Women’s Care Coordinator Queue line. Responsible for ensuring the Mammography patient letters are printed, sorted and mailed out within thirty (30) days according to MQSA guidelines. Responsible for tracking all Mammography patients by following the Mammography Follow up Protocol. (Please see attached protocol) Performs a variety of tasks. Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service. Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment. Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations. Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills.
