Breakthrough Fellowship Program - Summer Internship

The Breakthrough Fellowship Program at Pfizer is a unique initiative aimed at enhancing the pipeline of diverse leaders within the company. This summer internship serves as the first component of a comprehensive nine-year program designed for undergraduate students who are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly for Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American communities. Successful candidates will engage in a 10-week internship, followed by two years of full-time employment, and the opportunity to pursue a fully funded graduate degree, culminating in a return to Pfizer for continued employment.
