Holiday Inn Winter Haven is seeking a part-time breakfast server to oversee and support guest breakfast operations. If you are passionate about food and beverage, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and hospitality, we want to hear from you! JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing a quality breakfast bar, including set-up, preparing food, serving, maintenance, teardown, and clean-up.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or serving
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Dependable and guest-focused
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Satisfactory criminal background screening required

Nice To Haves

Hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout the hotel breakfast hours
Ensure food quality and quantity are correct
Preparing and presenting food to guests.
Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and clean refrigerator and freezer
Rotate food
Maintain proper levels of inventory
Daily teardown of breakfast bar
Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
Welcome each guest with a smile and greeting
Must follow all Quality Assurance and Health Department standards
