Ability to ensure items are stocked and available to guests during hours according to company standardsAbility to greet guests and accommodates special requests as neededAll other duties as assigned.High School degree or better

Responsibilities
- Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
- Deliver drink orders
- Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
- Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
- Compute bill and accept payments
- Track sales receipts
- Complete bar inventory log
- Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
- Ability to ensure items are stocked and available to guests during hours according to company standards
- Ability to greet guests and accommodates special requests as needed
- All other duties as assigned
