Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule AM shift, holidays, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a restaurant in a hospitality setting is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and present the breakfast buffet or menu offerings with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Assist guests in selecting items and provide information about menu items, including dietary options when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the buffet, dining area, and service stations (e.g., utensils, plates, beverage stations).
• Restock buffet items (hot/cold food, beverages, condiments) to ensure availability throughout breakfast service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner.
• Refill beverages (coffee, tea, juice, water) and ensure drink stations are tidy and fully supplied.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously; address special requests or dietary restrictions as possible.
• Support kitchen and back-of-house by communicating guest feedback, shortages, or any issues.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for the breakfast service, including set up, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
