About The Position

As a Breakfast Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will open and operate the breakfast shift from 5:30 am until 11:00 am. You will oversee a team of up to 4 employees and be responsible for financial controls, food safety, and crew development.

Requirements

• Experience in the quick service industry with a focus on breakfast operations.
• Management experience with at least 4 employees.
• Perfect on-time record.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and operate the breakfast shift between 5:30 am and 11:00 am.
