Requirements

  • Flexibility: This is a fast-paced, demanding environment, so flexibility with work days and hours is important—but it’s also a fun and rewarding place to work.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of culinary training or relevant kitchen experience is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, food products, and kitchen equipment.
  • People Skills: Food is meant to be shared. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, personable individual who enjoys cooking, values cleanliness and safety, and can adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

  • Communicate effectively with all sorts of interesting people.
  • Cultivate an authentic food experience for our guests by bringing your creativity to the creation of distinctive dishes.
