About The Position

We are hiring for a Breakfast Host! This position requires a genuine warmth and helpful nature, thriving in fast-paced environments, and a passion for making others smile. The Breakfast Host will be responsible for setting up breakfast at scheduled times, ensuring breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards, and greeting guests while accommodating special requests as needed. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in public areas and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 0-1+ year of customer service experience
• Open morning availability, 6am-12pm
• Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to ensure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
• Ability to greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed
• High School degree or better

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast at scheduled times
• Ensure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
• Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed
• Ensure countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times
• Inventory breakfast items regularly; order or purchase items as necessary and provide all receipts to General Manager
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
• Perform all other duties as assigned
