Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service
• Escort guests to their tables
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables efficiently
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to guest service and safety
