About The Position

As a Dishwasher, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality dining experience that will allow them to be productive and stay strong when they are away from home. Your ability to deliver a consistent and extraordinary food product will support our mission to build guest loyalty.

Requirements

• strong verbal and written communication skills
• able to read, write, type and use basic technology
• able to stand and move around for an entire shift
• able to lift at least 25 pounds
• able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
• available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes and utensils in a prompt and organized manner.
• Assist cook, bus person, and servers when needed.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen.
• Assist with inventory and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
