About The Position

Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great leaders on our team! The Breakfast Coordinator is responsible for operating the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing breakfast inventory. This role involves opening the restaurant, serving breakfast to guests, inspiring and guiding staff, completing daily paperwork, and preparing the restaurant for lunch business. The Breakfast Coordinator is crucial in delivering customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's operational success during breakfast hours.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to count money accurately
  • Ability to carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time
  • Ability to reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press

Responsibilities

  • Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours
