About The Position

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items for hotel guests in a timely and high-quality manner. This position ensures food safety standards are met and the breakfast area remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Requirements

  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety practices.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, meats, potatoes, and other menu items.
  • Set up and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order station.
  • Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and serving stations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
