About The Position

The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience. Applications for this position will be accepted until January 18, 2026.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of food preparation experience
Culinary degree or equivalent
Understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
Strong multitasking and time-management skills to ensure timely preparation and service
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications
May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
Set up, work, and breakdown station
Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift
Submit production needs for following day by shift end
Other duties as assigned
