Position Summary The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until March 15, 2026.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of food preparation experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills to ensure timely preparation and service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of food preparation experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
  • Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications
  • May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
  • Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
  • Set up, work, and breakdown station
  • Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift
  • Submit production needs for following day by shift end
  • Other duties as assigned
