Your Role as a Breakfast Cook: Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Responsible for the quality of ingredients Learn how to minimize food waster through cross utilization Work with a world class culinary team

Requirements

Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it
Must be flexible in availability and work early mornings, weekends, Holidays
Requires strong organizational skills
Must be able to work independently
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Have a desire to exceed expectations
An energetic personality

Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
