About The Position

The Breakfast Cook position at Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen in Andaz Scottsdale Resort requires an intermediate line cook with good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. The cook will work single stations in the kitchen and will require significant supervision and training. The restaurant offers a modern Mediterranean cuisine menu curated by Executive Chef Dushyant Singh, focusing on fresh and bold flavors.

Requirements

  • Bread knowledge and breakfast experience preferred.
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to the menu.
  • Work single stations in the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
