The Breakfast Comp Supervisor will lead and support a team of food and beverage associates to ensure timely and friendly service across all dining areas. This role involves providing on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance. The supervisor acts as a crucial link between the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the supervisor will assist with bartending, bussing, or food running duties as needed to maintain efficient service flow and manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control.
