About The Position

Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill is seeking a part-time Breakfast Bartender who is enthusiastic about serving breakfast favorites and cocktails while providing excellent customer service. The role involves preparing beverages, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a guest-first attitude and experience in customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as server
• Customer forward attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Saturday & Sunday morning availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & service area
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Upsell drink specials and promote menu items
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment and positive communication
• Assisting with delivery orders
• Open restaurant and act as person-in-charge
