The Breakfast Attendant is knowledgeable of food being served and food handling procedures. He/she requires food, beverages, and supplies for the breakfast area in accordance with occupancy forecasts and works closely with hotel staff to ensure that the total guest experience meets and exceeds guests' expectations. The role involves maintaining full knowledge of food being served, being aware of guest's needs, cooking and preparing food for the breakfast buffet, and restocking it in a timely manner. The attendant is also responsible for maintaining the neatness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the breakfast area, ensuring backup supplies are available, and completing daily recordings for management. A professional and friendly attitude is required, along with maintaining a positive working atmosphere and pleasant relationships with customers. The position is with Onvo, a network of travel plazas, restaurants, and hotels dedicated to providing exceptional, quick, kind, and convenient service to guests.
