About The Position

The Breakfast Dining & Hospitality Attendant is the sunshine at the beginning of each guest's day. The Attendant creates a warm, welcoming environment Connecting with guests is our purpose. Our smiles and "Good Morning!," along with hot coffee and a tidy, well-stocked buffet are the tools we use to create those meaningful connections. The entire process feels like a well-orchestrated dance as you move through the dining area, connecting with guests, wiping down tables, refilling napkins, keeping an eye on the dining room, along with so many important details to making our breakfast an experience our guests will appreciate and remember. When breakfast wraps up, it's time to clean up and prep for the next day's opportunity to connect again. FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY A MUST. The right person for this role genuinely wants to make our guests feel as though they are a member of the family or a guest in your home. You have to be an early bird with a nurturing demeanor and a friendly attitude. You will be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. You will balance all of these guest connections with the tasks of keeping the area tidy and food replenished. Your pleasant demeanor will create a relaxed atmosphere, especially important during peak hours. Your sense of ownership is vital to the success of the breakfast experience, by ensuring inventories are successfully managed, communicating anticipated needs, and especially through offering service recovery when guests may share an issue they experienced.
