Requirements

  • Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently spot and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with various personality types, multitask, and maintain tact and diplomacy.
  • Maintain a positive reputation within the community.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
  • May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.
  • Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
  • Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
  • Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
  • Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
  • Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
  • Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
  • Embrace the O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested.
