About The Position

THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF OUR FOOD SERVICE TEAM, OUR BREAKFAST ATTENDANT, ENSURES EACH MORNING BEGINS WITH WARMTH AND EXCELLENCE. THEY EMBODY HOTELS’ COMMITMENT TO SOAR TO SUCCESS BY CREATING MEMORABLE GUEST EXPERIENCES FROM SUNRISE TO DEPARTURE. This position provides guests with a warm and welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet brand and Hotel standards. This role focuses on presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous food service with customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices and the ability to obtain a food handler's permit, as required.
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments.
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods required
  • Must adhere to Hotel's uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive breakfast experience.
  • Maintain buffet presentation, cleanliness, and food replenishment throughout service hours.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure dietary accommodations are met.
  • Promote Hotel's hospitality values in all guest interactions.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with setup, serving, and breakdown of breakfast service.
  • Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, and back-of-house prep areas.
