Responsibilities

• The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
• Food Preparation and Presentation Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Guest Service Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
• Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
• Cleaning and Maintenance Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
• Inventory and Restocking Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Compliance Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
