About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in food presentation and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
Background in hospitality roles such as host or guest services will be beneficial.
Strong communication skills and a hospitable demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Early morning schedules; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Set up the breakfast area with food items and beverages according to Embassy Suites standards.
Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are replenished as needed throughout the breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures.
Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and cleaning them for new guests.
