About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet and dining area. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

Set up the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
Prepare and replenish food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Greet guests warmly and accommodate special requests as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
Monitor and restock breakfast items and supplies throughout service hours.
Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with kitchen duties such as dishwashing and cleaning as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
