About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service begins, including arranging food items, beverages, and utensils.
  • Monitor food and beverage levels throughout the breakfast period, replenishing items as needed to ensure availability and freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Greet guests warmly, respond to questions or special requests, and provide information about menu items or ingredients.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables promptly to accommodate new guests and maintain a pleasant dining environment.
  • Report any maintenance or supply issues to management to ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service.
  • Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health codes and company standards.
