About The Position
The Breakfast Attendant at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton is responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging food displays and coffee stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout breakfast hours.
- Ensure food items and supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide recommendations when asked.
- Clear tables and clean up spills to maintain a neat and tidy breakfast area.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to answer guest questions accurately.
