ABILITY TO REMEMBER, RECITE, AND PROMOTE THE VARIETY OF SIDEBOARD ITEMS.
ABILITY TO TRANSPORT LARGE TRAYS WEIGHTING UP TO 40LBS. THROUGH A CROWDED ROOM ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS.
ABILITY TO READ, SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE WITH GUESTS AND TAKE ORDERS.
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT PREFERRED.

Responsibilities
MAINTAINS THE ENTIRE BUFFET BY KEEPING ALL FOOD LOOKING FRESH AND FULL
MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF ALL AREAS AT ALL TIMES
MAINTAIN PROPER STOCKING LEVELS OF ALL UTENSILS AND CHINA
FOLLOW ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION PROCEDURES
PERFORM ANY GENERAL CLEANING TASKS USING STANDARD HOTEL CLEANING PRODUCTS AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR TO ADHERE TO HEALTH STANDARDS
PERFORM ALL ASSIGNED SIDE WORK TO INCLUDE REPLENISHING OF ALL SUPPLEMENTS OF THE BUFFET.
PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUESTED SUCH AS ANSWERING TELEPHONES AND TAKING ROOM SERVICE ORDERS, HANDLE SPECIAL GUEST REQUESTS, AND GREET AND SEAT GUESTS.
