The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast buffet area in an organized and attractive manner. This includes preparing and replenishing food and beverages, ensuring proper chilling of perishables, and managing inventory. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the buffet area throughout the shift and at the end of service, as well as interacting with guests by greeting them and accommodating special requests. The attendant is expected to present a professional image and follow all company policies and procedures, responding quickly and friendly to guest needs to ensure satisfaction. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor or management.
