About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet and dining area. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and replenish food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly and accommodate special requests as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
  • Monitor and restock breakfast items and supplies throughout service hours.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with kitchen duties such as dishwashing and cleaning as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
