About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our Marriott property. In this role you would work Sunday's and Monday's, you’ll be responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on cleanliness and food safety.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to upholding cleanliness, safety, and service standards

Nice To Haves

Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Warmly greet all guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout breakfast hours
Set up and break down breakfast service in accordance with Marriott brand standards
Prepare and serve basic food items such as coffee, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
Monitor and replenish food and beverage items to keep all stations fully stocked
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, kitchen, and surrounding spaces
Bus tables, clean spills, and spot-clean walls, floors, and carpets to ensure a tidy environment
Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation
Conduct inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed
Prepare for the next day’s service to ensure smooth operations
Support team members and ensure guest satisfaction goals are consistently met
Adhere to all Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
