About The Position

We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant (PT Only)

Love serving others? Making someone smile? Great at giving restaurant and
entertainment advice as well as directions in your area? The hotel concierge is
an important role at any full service hotel in providing the guest with the
total “Guest Experience.” You are the go-to person the guest will come to for
ideas on how to make their visit the most it can be…and you – armed with the
knowledge of the areas best expected attractions – makes their stay memorable
for years to come

The Role:

Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to
ensure satisfaction.
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being
of guests.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal
appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of
proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate
and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and
thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
• Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
