About The Position

The role of a Guest Experience Specialist, which includes the Breakfast Attendant, is to create memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond traditional check-in and check-out. Specialists are empowered to take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel, delivering a wide range of services with a "guest first" mindset. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, delivering quality meals, and sharing local area highlights. Critical to success are creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. The position requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
