Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to prepare and handle food safely (a food handler’s permit may be required).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
  • Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
  • Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
  • Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
  • Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
  • Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
