HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT As the Breakfast Attendant Supervisor, you set the tone for the day through strong leadership, energy, and personal ownership of the breakfast experience. You arrive early, prepared and proactive, ensuring our guests are welcomed with an exceptional start to their morning. You take pride in setting up and organizing an inviting breakfast buffet, keeping it well stocked and maintained throughout service. You lead by example, remaining attentive and approachable while supporting guests and addressing their needs with care and efficiency. Providing guests with the kind of hospitality that they'll remember long after returning home. Following service, you take full ownership of breaking down the buffet, restoring the dining area and kitchen to spotless condition, and preparing for the days ahead. You manage scheduling, conduct inventory, place weekly orders, and guide your team with accountability and professionalism-ensuring standards are met and expectations are exceeded every day. Requirements

Friendly, positive demeanor
at least 1 year in a leadership / supervisory role
Strong customer service skills
Valid AZ Food Handler Certification
Knowledge of inventory management
Experience with scheduling
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation is a must
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in a positive and professional tone
Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work efficiently both independently and within a group
Strong problem-solving skills
