About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Requirements

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations and catering is a plus.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Experience with Aloha POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A commitment to hospitality excellence in a hotel or banquet setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain inventory of breakfast items, restocking as necessary throughout service hours.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines and food warmers.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, utensils, and equipment after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service.
