About The Position
Job Summary The Breaker Line Operator is responsible for supplying the breaker with product that meets customer specifications. Responsibilities
- Remove dirty, cracked, or leaking product before it reaches balance tank
- Communicate with level 2 operator regarding adjustments needed to breaker machine
- Assist with startup by helping with equipment assembly
- Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
- Disassemble all machines
- Clean and sanitize processing facility and equipment; including, but not limited to, scrubbing, wiping, foaming, and rinsing equipment
- Reassemble machines and prepare for USDA inspection
- Follow cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
- Other duties as assigned
