Manufacture traffic control metal components and enclosures using various processes including cutting, punching, deburring, and bending equipment. MoboTrex has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Break Press Operator / Fabricator (Temp to Hire) at our location in Pflugerville, TX. Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to a satisfactory level.
• High school diploma/GED with relevant year’s sheet metal experience required.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well as a member of a team.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail
• Requires the use of shop mathematics, geometry and trigonometry
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time often doing repetitive motions

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to read engineering / specification drawings to obtain information regarding the fabricating of components.
• Set-up and operate fabricating machinery, such as turret punch press, manual & robotic brake press, CNC Mill and CNC Lathe, or other similar fabrication equipment
• Certified to shop standards in at least two of the following pieces of equipment; punch press, brake press, robot welder, mill, and lathe.
• Verify conformance of parts to specifications, using precision measuring equipment.
• Conducts oneself professionally through appearance and conduct.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner with emphasis on operation accuracy & support.
• Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
