About The Position

This hands-on role is vital for maintaining quality and customer satisfaction by sorting Break Pack containers through visual inspection, reclaiming customer-owned products and materials, and meeting production goals while adhering to high standards of safety and quality. Requirements

Familiarity with pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience (training provided).
Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace ("Clean as You Go").
May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
