Arsicault Bakery is a San Francisco institution known for world-class croissants, viennoiserie, and artisan breads. With 3 locations open and more to come, we are expanding our bread program and moving toward centralized production. We are seeking an experienced Bread Manager to eventually lead and scale our bread operations. Position Overview This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced bakery professional. The Bread Manager will own daily bread production, lead and develop the bread team, and play a key role in building a centralized commissary operation serving all locations.
