About The Position

Join our Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Bread & Bun department up to our high standards. Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800+ retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.

Requirements

• Accurate/detail oriented
• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
• Work in a fast paced production environment
• Work in a noisy environment frequently
• Work well alone/with others
• Work with minimal supervision
• Basic math aptitude
• Read/follow cleaning labels/instructions
• Work in a safety conscious environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior sanitation/janitorial experience

Responsibilities

• Disassemble production equipment and reassemble after cleaning
• Wet and dust mop
• Operate a floor scrubber
• Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the bakery area

Benefits

• Starting rate of pay: $18.00 per hour
• Additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour for part of shift
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
