About The Position

Kwik Trip, Inc. has a new opportunity for an Assistant Sanitation Supervisor. This person will lead and directly manage coworkers in the Kwik Trip Bread & Bun Plant (Sanitation Crew) to ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and productivity expectations are met. This individual will coach, train, and confirm safety programs and policies to meet or exceed OSHA guidelines and requirements, monitor and verify quality assurance and sanitation requirements, and coordinate labor to match standardized requirements and maintain production line standards. They will utilize and review our Manufacturing Execution System for a wide range of production documentation requirements, utilize Leader Standard Work, attend & lead Daily improvement meetings, create and update standard work, perform job instruction, understand and perform 8 step problem solving, and utilize the Job Instruction method and Digital Standard Work platform to coach, train, confirm and mentor the team.
